Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services and offers by Myfrendo, Seefeld, Zurich. By placing an order, the client accepts these terms.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined in the respective project agreement. Changes or additions require written confirmation from both parties.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding value-added tax (VAT). Invoicing follows the project agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Copyright

All designs, texts, and code created by Myfrendo remain the property of Myfrendo until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the usage rights are transferred to the client.

5. Client Obligations

The client shall provide all content, materials, and access required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late delivery extend the project timeline accordingly.

6. Warranty

Myfrendo warrants the functionality of the website at the time of handover. Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of handover.

7. Liability

Myfrendo's liability is limited to the contract value. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
