1. Services

Myfrendo provides web design, web development, and hosting services for businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline are agreed upon on a per-project basis before work begins.

2. Payment

All services are project-based. Full payment is required upfront before delivery of the final product. Payment details and methods are communicated during the project agreement phase.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website code delivered by Myfrendo. Myfrendo retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Myfrendo's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Myfrendo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Myfrendo is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, and payment processors.

5. No Warranty of Specific Results

Myfrendo does not guarantee any specific outcomes such as increased website traffic, revenue, search engine rankings, or conversion rates. The services provided are delivered on a best-effort basis.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a number of revision rounds as specified in the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days of written notice. In the event of termination, any completed work up to the termination date remains the property of the client, provided payment has been received for that work.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Data is stored securely and accessed only by Myfrendo for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers (such as Formspree) strictly for the purpose of delivering our services.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand site usage patterns. No cookies are used for advertising or tracking across third-party websites.

6. Your Rights
